LOOK I Webometrics Rankings: ISU Emerges as Top 31 Best University in the Ph

The Isabela State University, in its vision to become a world-class national research university, cliched the 31st spot among the 100 Higher Education Institutions in the Philippines based on the Webometrics Ranking of Universities.

The ranking web or Webometrics is known as the largest academic ranking of higher education institutions. The main objective of the Ranking Web is to encourage open access to the knowledge generated by universities. The indicators of the said ranking are visibility (50%) which measures the impact of web content, transparency or openness (10%) – top-cited researchers, and excellence (40%) – top-cited papers.
